With this in mind, please be aware that you, or whoever the lucky recipient might be, may have to pay Import Duty or a Formal Customs Entry Fee upon, or prior to, delivery. If you're unsure how this will affect the overall cost of your order, please check your Local Legislation rule

If you have selected our 'Standard Delivery' option, it is our aim to deliver to you within 5-7 working days of the receipt of your order. The ‘First Class’ option will be delivered to you within 1-3 working days from point of despatch. Saturdays, Sundays and all bank holidays are classed as non-working days. All our delivery dates are estimates and we cannot guarantee specific deadlines. In most cases, our products are made to order. If you have a tight deadline, we highly recommend that you contact us by telephone prior to ordering to ensure that we can meet your timescales.

Please note, we cannot be held responsible for any third-party involvement where delays occur to deliveries. 

We deliver to most postal areas in the UK including Northern Ireland plus a number of countries outside the UK including the Republic of Ireland. We're sorry that geographical location and carrier availability can restrict our service. If you feel that you may be affected by postage difficulties, please contact us prior to making a purchase. We reserve the right to cancel an order and fully refund you should we find that postage is an issue for finalising the trade.

We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.

Returns Policy

We are sure that you will be happy with your purchase but if you change your mind, you can return any item within fourteen days of receipt. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
We will be happy to exchange the item for a replacement or to make a refund which will go onto the card which was used when you made your purchase. We are not able to refund any postage charges. Postage will also be charged for sending any exchange items by post.
You have a right to cancel your order within fourteen days of receiving your purchase. This fourteen day period begins the day after you receive the items from us. Please notify us in writing within fourteen working days that you wish to cancel your order and that you intend to return the item(s) and we will be happy to offer you a full refund including your original delivery charge.

You must have a receipt or delivery note to return your item. This may be in an electronic format which will be accepted. Please send your return by post to the registered office of Welsh Connection, 83 Springvale Estate, Cwmbran, NP44 5BE. You must notify us by email of your return and a returns note will be sent to you. This must be completed and returned with the parcel. The form is in an easy to follow format and full instructions are provided.It would really help us in developing our products if you could give a reason why they were not suitable. If you no longer have your delivery note, please contact us with your name, address, customer number if possible, email address and daytime telephone number plus a note of what you are returning and why. We will endeavour to help you with a refund or exchange of we deem the request is fair and legal.

Parcels are returned at your own cost, and we strongly recommend you obtain a free certificate of postage from the Post Office as we are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received into our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned. The responsibility remains yours until receipt is confirmed at Welsh Connection. You will receive an email at the address provided.

Faulty Items**...

It is very rare that our customers receive a faulty item. If you have identified the fault within thirty days of purchase, please contact us with the details of the fault. You will be advised whether to return the item to us, or not. We advise that you include a photograph of the fault. Should you need to return the item we will refund any standard second class postage on a faulty item. We strongly recommend you obtain a free certificate of postage from the Post Office as we are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received into our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.
If a fault develops outside of the thirty day return period, contact us at or by telephone 07837183713 before you return the item. We will endeavour to resolve the issue according to online trading regulations and your consumer rights.

Please take extra care to read the product care instructions for your item. We cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed and the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear, misuse or accident.

**Please note that our seconds store offers our products at significantly reduced prices. As a consequence we are not able to accept returns on purchases made for seconds.

Returns (Event & Show Purchases)...

The same rights apply as online purchases. However, in terms of faulty goods, items bought at an event are bought on a sold as seen basis. Any faults that occur after purchase will be reviewed as per the online purchase returns policy.
